Do you have a different question?
What’s included in the fee? 
The fee covers the full sourcing process — from initial consultation, research, and property shortlisting to negotiation, due diligence support, and coordination through to completion. It’s an end-to-end service designed to simplify the entire buying journey.
What if the purchase falls through?
If a deal falls through for reasons outside The Saxon Group’s control, the retainer remains valid and the search can continue. You won’t be charged a new retainer unless the brief or circumstances change significantly.
Can you help with off-market opportunities?
Yes — in fact, many of the properties sourced are off-market. The Saxon Group’s network of trusted industry professionals is key to accessing opportunities that aren’t publicly listed.
Do you work with buyers who are early in the process?  
Yes. Whether you’re actively ready to purchase or still exploring options, an initial consultation helps clarify your goals and ensures the process is aligned with your timeline.
Can you help buyers relocating from abroad or another region?
Absolutely. The service is designed to support remote, international, or relocating clients with the same level of care, communication, and detail as those based locally.
If your fee is commission-based, won’t you just push me to spend more?
Not at all. The Saxon Group is built on trust, transparency, and long-term relationships. The focus is always on securing the right property at the right price — not simply the most expensive option. Repeat clients and referrals are central to the business, so delivering genuine value matters far more than maximising a single fee.
Do you also help with architects, builders, or project consultants post-purchase?
Yes — where relevant, trusted industry introductions can be made to help you move confidently into the next phase, especially for land and development projects.
